Victoria Phạm Thúy Vy, the second runner-up of Miss Vietnam World 2010, has been selected to represent Vietnam in Miss World 2011 in London this November.Victoria Phạm Thúy Vy is 21 year old and stands 1.71 m. She is currently a student of Business Administration at the University of California Berkeley.
Victoria Phạm Thúy Vy was selected by Elite Vietnam, the license holder of the pageant in Vietnam, and submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for approval. On August 10, 2011, the Department of Performing Arts, Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the license for Victoria Phạm Thúy Vy.
